Monday-Friday 5:00 am – 10:00 pm
Saturday 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Sunday 7:30 am – 6:00 pm

YAC Fitness is open 24 hours a day with keycard access

Staffed Hours:
Monday-Friday - 8:00 am-8:00 pm
Saturday - 9:00 am-12:00 pm
