Large Group Personal Training - "Boot Camp"
Enjoy an intensive workout in a group at the next Boot Camp
The classes consist of 8-12 participants and the workout is geared towards circuit training, mixing functional training into a “Boot Camp” style.The trainers use different "toys" like flipping tires, TRX, sprints, scooters, etc and design a 50 minute class that will “break your bank” !

Personal Trainer:
- I am willing to make the training process an investment
in myself and view it as a long-term approach to creating
