Powerlifting

PowerliftingPowerlifting is comprised of three events: Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift.

The objective of completing the three lifts is to earn a Total, which is a combination of all three lifts 1 Repetition Max.  Open to all members is an opportuinity to earn your spot in our 1,000lb Club for men, or 700lb Club for women.

Event trainers will be on staff to approve lifts, coach, and ensure safety during the execution of each lift.
