Judah found his passion for fitness and health after losing 30lbs as a teenager, and then discovered calisthenics and functional fitness as a way to stay healthy and strong. At the age of 18, he began an intense regimen of calisthenics and functional fitness training to improve his martial arts practices and stay in shape. Today, Judah focuses on helping people become better at life through dynamic, functional training. His enthusiasm for fitness comes from seeing the results that functional training can bring, and from helping motivate people to stay active, healthy, and fit!
