What is the Inbody?

The InBody 570 is a medical-grade body composition analyzer. With the InBody, you'll be able to look past the scale and understand what your body composition is made up of. Not only will you see how much you weigh; you'll understand how much of that weight is muscle, fat or water. Keeping an eye on your Body Fat Percentage is a great, healthy way to track your progress on your health and fitness journey.

HERE'S HOW THE INBODY IS HELPING OUR MEMBERS

Susan Ward

“The survivor challenge, which included three InBodys, was just the push I needed to get into shape. With the help of my daughter, the guidance from my team leader, Diana, and the support of all the trainers at the gym, I was able to obtain a clear goal by using the InBody. The InBody showed me that I not only lost weight but I lost body fat and gained muscle. This helped reinforce the healthy habits I have started to implement to live a healthy, fit life.”

“The InBody scan has been such an invaluable tool during my fitness journey. Getting instant insight on exactly where on your body you're gaining and losing has been very helpful. Not to mention the information you gain regarding your nutrition especially when it comes to calorie counting and meeting your hydration needs.”
