How has the water fitness programs helped your lifestyle?
“I attend 2-4 classes a week! Water fitness has helped my lifestyle so much, I am on a weight loss journey that began June 12 2023. The classes have helped me stay active, consistent, more energy, and striving for my goal. I have so far lost 33 pounds. “
How has water fitness helped you with managing pain?
I had back surgery six years ago with pain that was daily and very limiting to what I could physically do. Since going to Water Fitness, it has helped me so much! My balance and movement in the water has improved, a water workout causes no discomfort. My pain level has significantly decreased. If I was to do what we do in the water on land, I would not be able to do that. I am so thankful every day!
What do you enjoy most about coming to water class?
“There is no judgement- The Kindness and friendliness, and the heaven-sent beautiful ladies that teach the classes are amazing.”
What would you tell someone who has never come to a water fitness class but would like to try it?
“I would definitely tell everyone and anyone to come try at least one class! You will 100% love it! I did and I am hooked”
